At juju spa & organics, our superior quality of workmanship and customer service are what set us apart. We are committed to providing you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our award-winning organic spa. In order to assure that we are able to meet your needs for your special occasion, we have outlined below our policies and procedures for spa parties. We consider a party as any group of 4 or more persons. Please note, because of limited space, we cannot accommodate parties of more than 8 people. With parties of 4 or more, the spa is exclusively yours for the duration of your services. Feel free to bring your own refreshments and the spa coordinators will assist you with setup. Please consider the following procedures when booking:

All parties should arrive on time for scheduled services. In the event the party is not able to arrive on time, services may be eliminated or service times may be adjusted at the discretion of the staff of juju Spa & Organics, to maintain the day’s schedule.
We request the courtesy of a 72 hour notice to cancel appointments for a spa party:

a. Cancellations made in less that 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled services as the cancellation fee.

b. No show/no calls will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled services as the cancellation fee.

We request the courtesy of a 72 hour notice to make changes to the number of persons scheduled or the services scheduled.

a. Reductions in the number of persons scheduled or deletion of services made in less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled services as the cancellation fee.

Add-ons to the already chosen services on the day of a spa party will be allowed at the discretion of the staff of juju spa & organics, only as time permits.
A credit card authorization for 50% of the scheduled services is required at the time the party is scheduled, as a deposit.
A 20% gratuity will be added to services for all parties of 4 or more.
juju Spa & Organics reserves the right to deny services to anyone at our discretion.
