Scheduling and Cancellation

All of our clients receive a confirmation call the day before their service is scheduled. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, we would appreciate notification within 24 hours of your reservation. Failing to provide the proper notification or simply not showing up for a scheduled appointment not only hurts our stylists’ schedules and the health of the salon, but makes scheduling for other clients extremely difficult. We know that busy lives are always in a flux – please give us a call the day before and we’ll happily reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time for you!

A credit card is required when making an appointment for services that total $200 or more. We reserve the right to charge a portion of the service if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24hr notice or a no-show.

 

Service and Product Guarantee

All services are guaranteed for one week after the original service. All products are guaranteed for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.

 

Payment

We require a deposit of 25% for services over $250, including the Chi Enviro Smoothing Treatment, Babe Hair Extensions, Corrective Color, and Bridal Parties.

Please note that we only accept cash tips.  ATMs are conveniently located next door to the salon.

Payment for all other services and products can be made with cash, check or credit/debit card. Please note we add a 3% surcharge when paying with credit or debit card.

Cell Phones

In our salon, please enjoy using your cell phone with respect for other guests.
